Q: Why are some products out of stock and how long will it take to get here?
A: We may have just had a market event and sold out, or it may be a personalized product you are ordering, so it will be listed as "out of stock". However, it won't take us long to make your item! We average less than two weeks to make your item and get it out the door to you.
Q: Is delivery free?
A: YES! Delivery is free in the USA and included in the price. Plus, if you are local and in the area around Monclova, Ohio, then we may even deliver to your doorstep, personally, at no extra charge!
Q: Can I get the products a little cheaper?
A: Yes! Come to one of our market shows listed on our show schedule. We sell the items for a little less at the shows, and it benefits you to visit our booth.
Q: Do you do bulk discounts?
A: Of course! Things like bookmarks, bag tags, etc are definitely discounted the more you order. The thought is that people like teachers, groups, etc will benefit from bulk discounts, so just email us and we can set you up with better pricing.
